Who we are
Inclusive Community Care Ltd brings together children's short breaks, family signposting and partnership work. We are local, hands-on and clear about what we currently provide and what we are still developing.
What we do now
We run Hanad's House, an Ofsted-registered out-of-school childcare setting for children with disabilities. Our Sheffield sessions include Saturday groups and school-holiday provision. Safeguarding, enjoyable activity and clear family communication sit at the centre of the service.
How we work
- Start with the person, their communication and what matters to them.
- Listen to families and the people who know them well.
- Keep safeguarding, dignity and inclusion visible in everyday decisions.
- Give actions clear ownership and follow them through.
- Work openly with commissioners and professional partners.
Growing carefully
We are developing adult day opportunities, supported-accommodation pathways and community partnerships with commissioners. Regulated personal care is not currently live. It will only begin once the right registration and mobilisation checks are in place.
