Adult day services
Purposeful days for adults who benefit from structured support, meaningful activity and community participation. The service is built around choice, everyday skills and personal goals.
Residential support
A substantial ten-bedroom, all-en-suite Sheffield setting with an onsite team, consistent welfare support and practical help to build independence.
Community support
Flexible local support beyond our settings, including practical help, signposting and participation in community life where this fits the person’s agreed plan.
From first enquiry to the right route
If you are not sure which service fits, tell us the broad need. We will direct the enquiry rather than asking you to work out ICCare’s internal structure.
- 01Describe the broad need
Tell us who the enquiry is for, their age, the support being considered and whether a professional is already involved.
- 02We identify the likely service
We explain which ICCare route may fit and whether another referral or funding route needs to be involved first.
- 03Suitability is considered properly
Where appropriate, we agree the assessment, secure information and practical checks needed before support is confirmed.
