From first enquiry to the right route

If you are not sure which service fits, tell us the broad need. We will direct the enquiry rather than asking you to work out ICCare’s internal structure.

  1. 01
    Describe the broad need

Tell us who the enquiry is for, their age, the support being considered and whether a professional is already involved.

  2. 02
    We identify the likely service

We explain which ICCare route may fit and whether another referral or funding route needs to be involved first.

  3. 03
    Suitability is considered properly

Where appropriate, we agree the assessment, secure information and practical checks needed before support is confirmed.
