Inclusive access

Accessibility statement

We want our public information and secure workspace to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology.

Using this website

The site is designed for keyboard use, clear focus states, meaningful headings, responsive text and sufficient colour contrast. It supports browser zoom and reduced-motion preferences. We aim to use plain language and descriptive links.

Alternative formats and support

If you need information in a different format, including large print, an accessible document or help understanding a service, contact us at aali@iccare.co.uk or 07949 169627. Tell us what you need and how we should contact you.

Known limitations

Some documents supplied by third parties or retained as historical evidence may not yet be fully accessible. The secure portal is still being improved and has not yet completed an independent accessibility audit. We will provide a reasonable alternative where a barrier is identified.

Reporting a problem

Please tell us the page, document or task that caused difficulty. We will review the issue and explain what we can do. This statement was prepared in August 2026 and will be reviewed as the site develops.
