Support systems can be difficult to navigate. We can help families work out who to contact, what information may be useful and which questions to ask. We do not replace a statutory assessment, but we can make the next step clearer.
Inclusive activity
We look for practical ways to reduce barriers for people with different communication, sensory, mobility and support needs. Any specific adjustment or support arrangement is discussed and agreed for the relevant activity.
Local partnership work
We welcome conversations with neighbourhood organisations, schools, voluntary groups, professionals and commissioners where joint work could improve access, continuity or trust in local services.
